Seriously I need to keep this thing updated more often

You know as I look around to the many blogs I keep around the internet I'm starting to wonder just whom am I doing these updates for and I finally come to realization I'm doing it for me. Of course I would love for people to subscribe to my blog read and comment but honestly it doesn't matter to me. I'm keeping these online journals so hopefully one day I can look back and see some improvement and maybe avoid some of the crap I am going through in my life right now. I have so much going on in my life right now it isn't funny. I'm in the midst of growing my hair out, job hunting since I just finished school, dealing with Brandon (my son) and trying to lose weight and strength training. I'm doing good on all aspects except the job search this is a crazy job market we are in. I mean I am a newly licensed nurse and I can't seem to find work, I'm either going to have to go back to school to further my education or take some bullshit job just to support myself and my son. Hopefully something will come through soon because I don't want to feel like I wasted my time going to school for nursing.

The weight loss journey is exactly what it is a journey. I'm making progress but this is going to be a long road because this is not just a short term solution this is a lifetime commitment.

I'm 2 months post-perm right now not much new growth to speak of, in the midst of trying out different transition styles. I am no where near ready for a BC(Big Chop) Going natural was a big decision for me and I'm thinking it is going to be a good one. I can't even remember what hair looks like unprocessed because I was subjected to this torture at an early age but I am now taking back control of my hair and going to take one day at a time. Who knows this may be a phase or it may turn out to be a lifetime commitment.



As for Brandon, that is going to be a whole other blog by itself he is such a handful but I wouldn't trade him for the world.
